Kexing’s W1-100 cleaning oil, HJ-921 series heavy-oil deposit cleaners, NK series grinding fluids, JS series rust inhibitors, and GJ-1 series ultra-pure oils have been provided as supporting services, earning the company’s recognition and high praise.
Kexing Chemical has been collaborating with this enterprise since 2016. At that time, one of the enterprise’s plants was facing a technical bottleneck in its carbonitriding heat-treatment process, where achieving the required surface cleanliness and finish proved challenging. Kexing Chemical successfully developed a suitable product to help the plant overcome this hurdle, thereby realizing a technological breakthrough in the industry.
In 2021, a certain factory of the company encountered a series of issues in bearing grinding operations. Kexing Chemical responded swiftly, leveraging its deep industry expertise to custom-develop a formulation. After numerous rounds of formulation adjustments and rigorous validation, the company completed the entire process—from R&D and validation to full-scale production deployment—in just three months, demonstrating the hallmark “Kexing Speed.”
In 2024, Kexing and the company deepened their collaboration. In the cutting-fluid tank long-life management project, Kexing Chemical innovatively deployed the industry’s first “online oil-contaminant removal patent technology,” precisely addressing the issue of declining cleaning performance on the factory’s ultra-precision production lines caused by oily contamination on the outer surface of workpieces, thereby providing critical technical support for stable line operation. In the ultra-clean oil recycling project, Kexing’s R&D center joined forces with the company’s Shanghai R&D center to tackle key challenges together; leveraging the synergistic effects of their respective core additives, they ensured perfect compatibility between the 160-ton used oil in service and SKF’s reconditioned oil system, eliminating the need for complete oil replacement and indirectly reducing carbon emissions by 512 tons of CO2—thus putting the principles of green and low-carbon development into concrete action.
In addition, for many years Kexing Chemical has maintained a policy of reciprocal visits and exchanges with the company’s technical and production leaders, having hosted more than ten such technical experts from the partner organization to participate in exchange activities at Kexing.
Case 4
A certain group enterprise in Zhejiang Province is one of China’s largest bearing manufacturers and ranks among the top ten globally in the bearing industry. Kexing cleaning agents, metalworking fluids, and rust inhibitors provide supporting services for this company, and the two parties enjoy a friendly, cooperative partnership. At the company’s Wenzhou branch, the large tanks use Kexing QH all-synthetic grinding fluid, which has demonstrated stable performance in monthly inspections. In the Wuhu plant, Kexing’s W1-60 cleaning oil has been adopted as a replacement for aviation kerosene in a specific project; Kexing’s product is safe, environmentally friendly, low-odor, with a flash point exceeding 65°C, and its unique cleaning performance meets the cleanliness requirements of aviation kerosene. At the company’s lead-screw manufacturing facility, Kexing GJ-1 cutting fluid has been stably used, enabling higher wheel speeds, reduced machining time, and improved operational efficiency—meeting processing requirements without causing any tool burn. Meanwhile, Kexing 9701 metalworking fluid has also proven highly effective in validation tests.
Case 5
A globally leading construction-equipment manufacturer, in response to the Product Integration Requirements of its Commercial Indirect Procurement Department, has replaced more than 20 of its original suppliers’ products with Kexing’s offerings across the board.
