How to use
Determination of AC promoter concentration: Fill the fermentation tube completely with the working solution, add 2–5 g of amino acid, shake vigorously up and down, then allow to stand for two minutes. The volume of gas produced (indicated by the scale) corresponds to the promoter concentration, with each scale division representing “1” point (Pt).
Precautions
When adding the accelerator, do so slowly and evenly, carefully controlling the dosage; automated titration is the preferred method.
