Precautions
How to use
1. Prepare 1000 liters:
① Add clean water to 60% of the treated amount;
② Add 200 kg of the LS zinc-calcium-based film-forming agent concentrate;
③ Add clean water to a total volume of 1,000 liters and stir thoroughly;
④ Determine the total acidity and free acidity, then heat to 65–75°C.
⑤ For external parts, soak for 10–15 minutes; spray for 5–10 minutes.
2. Supplement 1,000 liters:
If 5 kg of LS zinc-calcium film-forming agent is added, the total acidity increases by 1 Pt, and the free acidity increases by 0.1 Pt.
Precautions
1. The temperature must be maintained within the specified range during use;
2. Total acidity and free acidity must be maintained within the normal range during use;
3. The dosage of the accelerator must be strictly controlled during the process;
4. Do not introduce oil contaminants into the phosphating solution;
5. The degreasing, derusting, and water rinsing processes performed prior to phosphating must comply with the prescribed procedure; otherwise, the quality of the phosphating coating will be adversely affected.
