MK metalworking fluid is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid, primarily formulated through the refined and precisely blended combination of high-grade raw and auxiliary materials.

Precautions
How to use
1. Prior to use, thoroughly rinse the fluid reservoir and equipment with tap water or an appropriate clean water to remove any residual metalworking fluids, chips, and contaminants.
2. Preparation method: Dilute this product with clean tap water according to a specified ratio, and stir thoroughly until uniform.
3. Recommended concentration:
★ Cutting: 4%–6%; medium-load machining: 6%–10%.
★ The concentration can be adjusted based on the material of the workpiece and the machining requirements.
4. During use, metalworking fluids become contaminated and dirty over time. When excessive floating oil or metal chips accumulate, they should be removed promptly. If the fluid turns black or develops an off odor, it must be drained and replaced. Depending on the volume of cutting operations, the cutting fluid should be drained and renewed every 6 to 12 months. In routine operation, the pH and concentration of the fluid in the tank should be monitored regularly, and the undiluted metalworking fluid concentrate should be added as needed to maintain the required concentration.
Precautions
Variations in product color may occur over time or with changes in temperature, but this does not affect performance.
This product should be stored indoors; if stored outdoors, it must be sheltered from the elements and protected from direct sunlight to prevent rainwater from seeping into the product and from causing the markings on the oil drum to deteriorate.
Cutting fluids should be stored in environments free from high and extremely low temperatures, and containers should be kept tightly sealed at all times to prevent contamination by foreign matter.
