0809-VFMT metalworking fluid is formulated from a variety of ingredients, including rust inhibitors, nonionic surfactants, extreme-pressure additives, and biostabilizers. This product is a hybrid of oil-based and fully synthetic metalworking fluids.

How to use

First, add the required amount of tap water, then dilute 0809-VFMT metalworking fluid to the working concentration according to the specific processing requirements, typically at a ratio of 5–15%. Before use, circulate the solution for 5–10 minutes to ensure proper mixing.

Precautions

Variations in product color may occur over time or with changes in temperature, but this does not affect performance.

This product should be stored indoors; if stored outdoors, it must be sheltered and protected from direct sunlight to prevent rainwater from entering the product and from causing the markings on the oil drum to deteriorate.

Cutting fluids should be stored in environments free from high and extremely low temperatures, and containers should be kept tightly sealed at all times to prevent contamination by foreign matter.
