Precautions
How to use
1. Process Flow
Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Water rinsing (overflow) → Water rinsing (overflow) → Surface conditioning → Phosphating → Water rinsing → Passivation → Drying.
2. Preparation of the plating bath (per 1 cubic meter)
① Fill the treatment tank to 80% with clean water;
② Add 80–100 kg of HJ-MN manganese-based phosphating solution, stir thoroughly, and heat to 70–75°C;
③ Add 2–3 kg of catalyst and 1 kg of accelerator.
3. Add 1,000 liters of clean water, heat to 80–90°C for pH adjustment, and verify that the solution meets the specified working solution standards.
Precautions
1. The temperature must be maintained within the specified range during use;
2. Total acidity and free acidity must be maintained within the normal range during use;
3. The dosage of the accelerator must be strictly controlled during the process;
4. Do not introduce oil contaminants into the phosphating solution;
5. The degreasing, derusting, and water rinsing processes performed prior to phosphating must be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedure; otherwise, the quality of the phosphating coating will be compromised.
