NK Metalworking Fluid

Product Features:

★ The dosage is not limited by foaming, meeting the processing requirements of all operations in machining centers and modular machine tools. (Both the continuous phase and the dispersed phase contain oil additives and extreme-pressure agents; the microemulsion formulation is self-defoaming.)

★ The synergistic effect in rust prevention is significant, providing excellent rust resistance;

★ Does not contain nitrites harmful to human health, thereby helping to protect operators’ health and the environment;

★ No floating oil or soap scum; excellent cleaning performance; helps protect machine tools and maintain a clean working environment.

★ Low surface tension, excellent lubricity, minimal tool wear, and high surface finish of machined parts. It retains the advantages of synthetic cutting fluids and effectively prevents scorching.
It can perform mixed machining on the same machine tool, such as machining centers and modular machine tool centralized supply systems, completing a variety of cutting operations including turning, drilling, milling, boring, reaming, and tapping. It is well suited to the machining requirements of complex parts made from ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and alloy metals. Moreover, it plays a crucial role in enhancing the main machine tool’s efficiency, precision, tool life, and overall machining cost-effectiveness.

Precautions

How to use

NK metalworking fluid is prepared using tap water (with a hardness of less than 200 ppm). First, add the required amount of tap water, then dilute NK metalworking fluid to a 3–8% aqueous solution depending on the specific machining requirements. If enhanced rust inhibition and lubricity are desired, the concentration may be increased to 8–10%. Before use, circulate the solution for 3–5 minutes to ensure uniform distribution. During subsequent machining operations, regularly replenish the fluid and water in proportion to consumption.

Precautions

Variations in product color may occur over time or with changes in temperature, but this does not affect performance.

This product should be stored indoors; if stored outdoors, it must be sheltered and protected from direct sunlight to prevent rainwater from entering the product and from causing the markings on the oil drum to deteriorate.

Cutting fluids should be stored in environments free from high and extremely low temperatures, and containers should be kept tightly sealed at all times to prevent contamination by foreign matter.
