On April 2–3, 2024, Jiangsu Kexing New Materials and Nantong Kexing Chemical Co., Ltd. jointly organized a specialized training session on “Key Account Relationship Management.” The session featured a lecture by Zhang Changjiang, a senior trainer at 51job. More than 40 participants attended, including Kexing’s senior management, core sales personnel, and administrative staff from various departments.

The conference conducted in-depth discussions and learning on key topics, including the basic concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), tiered customer management strategies, CRM strategies for the acquisition phase, CRM strategies for the retention phase, and win-win business negotiation techniques.

This training program employs scenario analysis, integrating the knowledge imparted into large-scale case studies to highlight the increasingly critical role of analytical techniques in enhancing marketing performance. It establishes a comprehensive sales management and control framework that covers every step—from customer management to business negotiation and contract signing—while embedding scenario analysis and strategic thinking into process management. This approach makes the entire sales process more clearly defined, standardized, and systematic, thereby stimulating sales professionals’ strategic thinking and equipping them with the tools to improve sales management and forecasting going forward.

The training session was marked by continuous interaction: participants engaged in discussions and shared their insights throughout the learning process, while also enjoying themselves through interactive games. All attendees felt they had gained valuable takeaways and offered several ideas and plans for follow-up work.
