Assess the situation, clarify our thinking, and expand our horizons for the future.

As the years turn and new chapters unfold, on January 31, 2024, Jiangsu Kexing New Materials and Nantong Kexing Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully held their 2024 Annual Gala. Company leaders and all employees gathered to review past achievements, recognize outstanding individuals and teams, and map out plans for the future.

The meeting was chaired by Fu Shichao, the company’s general manager. It began with the recognition of a group of outstanding individuals and teams who demonstrated dedication, a spirit of innovation, and exceptional performance in 2023. Company leaders presented them with certificates of honor and awards to commend their achievements, set an example, and inspire all employees to reach new heights.

Advanced Collective Takes the Stage to Receive the Award

Executive President Wu Xiaoqiang delivered a work report, in which he noted that, despite the complex international and domestic environment in 2023, Kexing maintained steadfast resolve, focused on achieving breakthroughs, and, with the concerted efforts of all employees, made steady progress while striving for continuous improvement, resulting in numerous groundbreaking achievements. He emphasized that the overarching strategic priorities for 2024 are as follows: first, to increase R&D investment and comprehensively enhance R&D capabilities; second, to expand market share by actively developing new domestic and international markets and strengthening customer service capabilities; and third, to implement efficient internal management, optimize resource allocation across all functions, and improve overall corporate operational efficiency. The company is committed to achieving all-round improvements—precision in investment, refinement in products, meticulousness in services, lean operations, and continuous team development.

At the meeting, Chairman Wu Longtie delivered a significant address, stating: “In 2023, despite a challenging market environment, Kexing achieved steady and progressive performance. As we embark on the new year of 2024, Kexing will steadfastly uphold the principle of governing the company in accordance with the law. All employees are required to strictly comply with national laws and regulations, strengthen internal corporate management, and enhance operational efficiency.”
