HJ-921M heavy oil and grime cleaner is a new product developed by our company through repeated testing in response to the urgent needs of numerous end-users. It delivers exceptional cleaning performance on metal surfaces contaminated with grinding pastes and other high-fat residues.

Precautions

How to use

1. Preparation method: Take 3–5 kg of this product and dilute it with 95–97 kg of tap water before use. Use ultrasonic mechanical cleaning.

2. To remove grinding paste from metal surfaces, prepare an 8–10% aqueous solution and heat it to 70–90°C; clean for 3–5 minutes to achieve satisfactory results.

3. The service life of the cleaning solution depends on the number of parts being cleaned and the degree of soiling; if used over a long period, it can be appropriately replenished.

4. Workpieces that are to be sealed and stored, or subjected to painting or phosphating, must be rinsed with the factory-produced JS-3 multi-purpose rust inhibitor to minimize surface residues.

Precautions

Over time or with changes in temperature, the product’s color may vary slightly, and it may clump upon exposure to moisture; however, these changes do not affect its performance.
