HJ-921F heavy oil and grime cleaner is formulated with imported surfactants, oil-dispersing agents, catalytic penetrants, and metal corrosion inhibitors, making it a new-generation cleaning product developed by our company specifically for removing stubborn heavy oil stains from factory floors.

Precautions

How to use

Based on the degree of oil and grease contamination on the factory floor, dilute this product with tap water to prepare a working solution at a concentration of 5–50% (6–20% for light soiling and 20–50% for heavier soiling). Place the metal parts to be cleaned in the solution, gently agitate them or scrub with a soft brush; alternatively, dip a cotton cloth in the cleaning solution and wipe the surfaces. After degreasing, rinse the equipment or components thoroughly with clean water and allow them to air dry, or dry them with hot air or compressed air. For removing contaminants from other non-metallic surfaces, prepare a working solution at a concentration of 3–10%. For best results, heat the cleaning solution to 40–60°C before use.

Precautions

Over time or with changes in temperature, the product’s color may vary slightly, and it may clump upon exposure to moisture; however, these changes do not affect its performance.
