Precautions

How to use

1. Prepare a 3–5% aqueous solution using tap water; cleaning at room temperature is sufficient to remove oil and grime from metal surfaces, while heated cleaning yields even better results.

2. For severe fouling or high-melting-point greases such as butter, first remove a portion of the sludge manually or mechanically, then carry out cleaning at an appropriate temperature to reduce both cleaning time and detergent consumption.

3. After washing, the cleaning solution can be reused (or appropriately supplemented with fresh solution) once the floating oil on the liquid surface and any settled silt and sediment have been removed.

4. For metal workpieces that have been cleaned and require high cleanliness as well as long-term rust protection, rinsing with our company’s JS-3 multi-purpose rust inhibitor is recommended.

Precautions

With changes in time or temperature, the product color may vary slightly and lumping may occur; however, this does not affect its performance.
