WL—Metal Surface Treatment Agent is a phosphate-free, environmentally friendly pretreatment agent developed in response to increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements in the pretreatment industry. It contains no phosphorus or chromium and complies with the EU RoHS Directive and REACH regulations.

Precautions
How to use
1. Add deionized water to the tank until it reaches two-thirds of the specified volume (if tap water is used, the following parameters must be met: calcium ion concentration < 100 ppm, magnesium ion concentration < 90 ppm, and conductivity ≤ 50 µS/cm).
2. Add 30–50 L of WL surface treatment agent to every 1,000 L of working solution, adding it while stirring until the mixture is uniform; then dilute with water to the desired volume.
3. The pH of the solution shall be maintained within the specified range, and it can be used at room temperature.
Precautions
The WL treatment bath is weakly acidic; to ensure bath stability and effective treatment, alkaline degreasing agents must be prevented from entering the treatment bath. Prior to silane treatment, the final water rinse tank must maintain continuous overflow of fresh water to ensure thorough rinsing and removal of all surface contaminants from the metal substrate.
