Traditional metal extrusion and stamping processes typically involve phosphating followed by lubrication with soapy water, which delivers poor lubrication performance, causes severe die wear, and is unsuitable for continuous multiple drawing and stamping operations. In response to these challenges, our company has researched and developed a new type of phosphating-based lubricant for drawing and stamping—NK-2 Lubricant.

Precautions
How to use
Pickling → Water Washing → Phosphating → Water Washing → (Neutralization) → Lubrication (Saponification) → Post-Treatment
1. Initial preparation of 1 m³
① Fill the treatment tank with clean water to about eight-tenths full;
② After heating to 75°C, add 50–70 kg of lubricant and stir until completely dissolved.
③ Add clean water until the total volume reaches 1 m³, and stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity.
④ The processing time is 3 minutes.
2. Adjustment method for 1 m³:
Adding 3 kg of NK-2 lubricant per person can increase the grease content by 0.1 percentage point.
Precautions
With changes in time or temperature, the product color may vary slightly and lumping may occur; however, this does not affect its performance.
