NK-1 film-forming agent is a cold-working lubricant for drawing and extrusion applications that forms a non-metallic protective film on steel surfaces, facilitating the formation of a lubricating layer. It significantly enhances surface lubricity and resistance to deformation, thereby effectively extending die life.

Precautions
How to use
1. Process Flow
Degreasing → Water Washing → Rust Removal → Water Washing → Phosphating → Water Washing → Saponification → Drying → Cold Working
2. Tank Solution Preparation (per 1 ton)
First, fill the tank to 60–70% of its capacity with water, then add 100–150 kg of phosphating solution and stir thoroughly. Next, top up the tank with water to the desired total volume and adjust the total acidity and free acidity as needed. Finally, heat the mixture to 65–70°C, and production can commence.
Precautions
1. The temperature must be maintained within the specified range during use;
2. Total acidity and free acidity must be kept within the normal range during use;
3. Do not introduce oil contaminants into the phosphating treatment solution.
4. The degreasing, derusting, and water rinsing processes performed on the workpiece prior to phosphating must comply with the process specifications; otherwise, the quality of the phosphating coating will be adversely affected.
