Precautions
How to use
1. Preparation of the phosphating working solution (based on 1,000 liters)
① Fill the treatment tank with clean water to 80% capacity;
② Add 50 kg of BC ambient-temperature ferrous film-forming agent and stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity;
③ Add clean water to a total volume of 1,000 liters and stir thoroughly to ensure uniformity.
2. Maintenance of the Working Solution
Due to natural consumption from prolonged operation, the concentration will decrease and must be replenished regularly. Adding 3.8 kg of film-forming agent per ton of bath solution can increase the total acidity by 1 point. During production, sludge will form in the phosphating solution tank; this is a normal phenomenon that helps prevent the accumulation of ferrous ions in the solution. The sludge in the solution should be removed regularly to avoid compromising the quality of the phosphating film and disrupting the normal course of the phosphating process.
Precautions
1. Do not introduce oil contaminants into the phosphating treatment solution;
2. The degreasing, derusting, and water rinsing processes performed prior to phosphating must comply with the prescribed procedure; otherwise, the quality of the phosphating coating will be compromised.
