Precautions
How to use
Preparation method: Use clean tap water to dilute this product at a ratio of 5%–10% (i.e., 50 g–100 g per liter, or 5–10 kg of dephosphorization agent per 100 kg of water), and stir thoroughly until well mixed.
The concentration can be adjusted based on the workpiece material and machining requirements.
The determination of general concentrations is typically performed using alkalinity titration.
Precautions
1. After the new plating bath has been in use for a period of time, its concentration will gradually decrease. Therefore, the dephosphorizing agent should be added appropriately based on the phosphorus removal time and oil removal rate to maintain the desired operating concentration.
2. Oil films floating on the surface and sediment at the bottom of the tank shall be removed regularly.
3. Maintain the temperature at 80°C–90°C; at this temperature, the phosphorus removal film exhibits optimal performance.
