Reduces the frequency of mold cleaning and maintenance, resulting in a smooth, bright product surface that does not interfere with subsequent electroplating, polishing, or spray coating surface treatments.
★ Excellent high-temperature resistance—possessing outstanding thermal and chemical stability. Within the specified service temperature range, it does not oxidize, burn, or corrode molds, nor does it leave calcite residues on surfaces.
★ Excellent cooling performance: During die casting, it effectively controls the continuous temperature rise of the die caused by repeated heating by high-temperature molten metal, as excessive die temperature can lead to defects in the die-cast parts.

Precautions
How to use
Dilution ratio: (reference data) 1:80–100 (for best results, dilute with distilled water). This reference data is based on the practical experience of GenGen Company; however, since product complexity and equipment vary among customers, operators should determine the appropriate dilution ratio based on actual conditions and their own judgment. Before use, stir the solution thoroughly, then apply it directly to the mold using a spray gun.
Precautions
Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated, and dry place at room temperature below 45°C; do not invert.
Do not place near hydrothermal sources, acids, bases, oxidizers, or other corrosive substances; avoid direct sunlight; and store tightly sealed after use.
