Product Details

This product is a high-viscosity rust-preventive oil whose oil film adheres firmly to metal surfaces, effectively preventing corrosion caused by moisture and atmospheric exposure while significantly mitigating the damaging effects of seawater on metals. Due to its high viscosity and the resulting thick, viscous oil film, this product can serve as a substitute for rust-preventive grease.

Precautions

How to use

1. Cleaning: Immerse the workpiece in a cleaning oil (industrial gasoline or aviation kerosene) containing 2–3% of this product, and perform one coarse wash and one fine wash using a brush, respectively.
2. Oil seals: Can be applied by dip coating, brush coating, or spray coating at room temperature;
3. Unsealing: Can be cleaned with detergent oil (industrial gasoline or aviation kerosene).

Precautions

Variations in product color may occur over time or with changes in temperature, but this does not affect performance.
