This product series is formulated to meet user requirements by using high-grade lubricants of varying viscosities as a base, with the addition of extreme-pressure anti-wear agents, oiliness additives, rust inhibitors, antioxidants, and anti-foaming agents, all carefully refined. It is suitable for honing operations on a wide range of imported and domestically produced honing machines.

Precautions

1. GJ-1 metalworking fluid is a specialized oil for grinding processes and must not be mixed with other oils.

2. Do not allow metal fragments, thread fibers, or other foreign matter to contaminate the product; store in a sealed container away from open flames.

3. Grinding oil must be kept strictly away from water; otherwise, its performance will be compromised.

4. Consumption is strictly prohibited.
