Precautions
How to use
1. Prior to use, thoroughly rinse the fluid reservoir and equipment with tap water or an appropriate clean water to remove any residual metalworking fluids, chips, and contaminants.
2. Preparation method: Dilute this product with clean tap water according to a specified ratio, and stir thoroughly until uniform.
3. Recommended concentrations: Cutting operations: 4%–6%; medium-load machining: 6%–10%.
The concentration can be adjusted based on the workpiece material and machining requirements.
4. During operation, the cutting fluid will become contaminated and dirty over time. When excessive floating oil and metal chips accumulate, they should be removed promptly. If the fluid turns black or develops an unusual odor, it must be drained and replaced. Regular monitoring of the fluid’s pH and concentration is also essential, with appropriate replenishment of undiluted cutting fluid to maintain the required concentration.
Precautions
1. If the prepared machining fluid is left in the machine tool for an extended period without use, the tank fluid should be periodically subjected to empty circulation and oxygenation.
2. During the summer, temperatures are higher, resulting in a shorter service life for the cutting fluid and reduced rust-prevention duration compared with other seasons. Please take this into account when using the product.
3. This product shall be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. During storage and transportation, it shall be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The recommended storage temperature is 0–40°C.
