NK-3 Metalworking Fluid

Product Features:

★ Exhibits excellent cooling and extreme-pressure performance, reducing tool wear;
★ Reliable rust-prevention performance: Provides excellent rust protection for workpieces and equipment even under long-term use;
★ Stable performance of metalworking fluids: Maintains excellent stability even under conditions of high water hardness and the presence of cast-iron particles;
★ Strong resistance to extraneous oils: Minimizes the impact and hazards of extraneous oils on metalworking fluid systems. Even when hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, or other oils leak into the working fluid, NK-3 metalworking fluid maintains excellent machining performance and stability. Continuous use of skimming devices or oil-absorbing filter paper further reduces the total content of extraneous oils.
★ User- and Environment-Friendly: Free of prohibited chemicals and with reduced levels of harmful substances; the product contains no boron, phenol, nitrites, or other prohibited chemicals, nor chlorine or phosphorus that pose environmental risks.
★ Excellent defoaming performance: no defoamer required; maximum operating pressure for the cutting fluid: approximately 50 bar.
Designed for various standalone, high-flow centralized fluid supply systems, and manufactured from steel and other ferrous materials.

Precautions

How to use

Metalworking: 5–7% Grinding: 5%
This product is suitable for water with a hardness of 0–300 ppm. To ensure the service life of the coolant tank, the concentration of the metalworking fluid should be measured at least twice weekly using a refractometer or titration. At the same time, solid contaminants should be removed as much as possible through filtration equipment, and emulsified oil should be eliminated using an oil-removal device.

Precautions

Variations in product color may occur over time or with changes in temperature, but this does not affect performance.
This product should be stored indoors; if stored outdoors, it must be sheltered from the elements and protected from direct sunlight to prevent rainwater from seeping into the product and from causing the markings on the oil drum to deteriorate.
Cutting fluids should be stored in environments free from high and extremely low temperatures, and containers should be kept tightly sealed at all times to prevent contamination by foreign matter.

Riyue Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a publicly listed company specializing in the integrated R&D, innovation, application, manufacturing, sales, and service of metal materials and new energy technologies, with a particular focus on casting and machining. The company excels in producing large-section ductile iron components for critical heavy equipment, holding a leading position in the industry. Kexing offers complementary services, including cleaning agents, cutting fluids, and rust inhibitors.

SKF

Founded in 1907, the SKF Group is now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of rolling bearings, operating more than 80 plants and producing a wide range of bearings, seals, and specialty bearing steels. The company accounts for 20% of global bearing output and serves customers in 130 countries and regions. Kexing’s W1-100 cleaning oil, HJ-921 series heavy-oil scale cleaners, NK series grinding fluids, JS series rust inhibitors, and GJ-1 series ultra-pure oils are used as supporting products for SKF and have earned the company’s recognition and appreciation. (1) In October 2020, Kexing Chemical solved the global challenge of “cleaning after carbonitriding” for SKF’s Changshan plant. (2) In 2021, Kexing Chemical was selected by SKF as the sole domestic supplier to replace foreign brands. (3) In May 2024, Kexing Chemical creatively implemented the industry’s first “online impurity-removal oil management patent technology” in SKF’s “280-ton chip-fluid tank long-life management” project, thereby resolving the issue of “degraded cleaning performance” at SKF’s Xinchang plant caused by “oil adhesion on the outer ring” in the “Phase II Precision Grinding Line No. 63.”
